By creating an account or using Dwellio, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Dwellio provides tools to manage properties, leases, rent records, and maintenance. The free plan may be supported by advertising. Paid plans remove ads and may add features.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity in your account. Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite.
You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it to operate the service. You are responsible for having the right to enter information about tenants and other people, and for complying with privacy and landlord-tenant laws that apply to you.
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces, probe or disrupt the platform, upload unlawful content, or use Dwellio to harass or discriminate against anyone.
Dwellio records rent charges and manually entered payments. It does not process payments or move money, and its records are not legal, tax, or accounting advice.
We work to keep Dwellio reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of significant changes.
You can stop using Dwellio at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms or to protect the service and its users.
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dwellio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from data you entered incorrectly.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
