Dwellio is a rental management workspace. This policy explains what information we handle, why, and the choices you have.
Account information: your verified email address and display name, managed through our authentication provider, Stack Auth.
Workspace data you enter: properties, units, leases, tenant and team member details, rent charges, manually recorded payments, maintenance requests, and invitation details.
Activity records: an audit trail of actions taken in a workspace, such as who created a lease or recorded a payment.
Usage data: aggregated, cookieless page-view analytics and performance metrics (such as loading speed and visual stability) used to understand and improve the service.
To provide and secure the service, send invitation links, enforce roles and access, and keep an audit trail.
To maintain and improve Dwellio using aggregated usage data.
We do not sell your personal information.
Workspaces on the free plan may display advertising in the future. If we enable ads, we will update this policy, ask for consent where the law requires it, and explain which partners are involved. Paid plans will not show ads.
Data is scoped to your workspace. Members see only what their role allows, and tenants see only their own leases and units.
Service providers process data on our behalf: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), and Stack Auth (authentication).
We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users.
Dwellio records manual or offline payments only. We do not collect card or bank details.
We keep workspace data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal or security reasons.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
We use encryption in transit, verified email sign-in, role-based authorization, and organization-scoped data access. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Dwellio is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
